- Crystal-Marie Sealy, MBA, BSc, is a dedicated mom, two-time bestselling author, keynote speaker, mindful strategy consultant and professional trainer. As an author, Crystal-Marie writes inspirational content around her main topics of authenticity, the feminine, intuition and self. Her children's stories invite mindfulness, authenticity and self-acceptance. Crystal-Marie's values of authenticity, self-acceptance, intuition and individual sovereignty, permeate her books and content in general. As a mom, parenting also fuels her writing. Guided by respectful, responsive, gentle, attachment parenting, supported by self-compassion and always learning, she shares her experiences and great finds in support of parents seeking like minds, on their journey.
