This publication explores the comparison between the physical/natural walk and the spiritual walk.
Just as , in the natural walk, the human is expected to have an upright gait and to practise habits which allow for  good appearance, and are synonymous with good health,  so too the Christian believer is expected to pursue those values and practices which would  encourage  a lifestyle that signifies upright Christian  behaviour in the eyes of others and which glorifies the Heavenly Father.
This book is accompanied by a workbook  which clarifies  the content and encourages participation.
